If you are requesting a device for your child you must request through the Parent Portal.

The Device Authorization Form must be completed and printed in order to receive a device. Only those who have requested through the parent portal will receive a device. The device authorization form must be completed in order to pick up your device. (Please see the buttons located at the end of this message) in order to pick up your device.

**The Device Authorization Form must be printed and completed prior to picking up a device for your child. 

LAUSD will only be issuing 1HOTSPOT per family. In order to keep track of the hotSpots, LAUSD is requesting that all families place their request through the Parent Portal. Please click on the button below to log into the Parent Portal and request a HotSpot.
